History

At the beginning of 2014 we discovered quite by chance that the ‘Gerlach Peak’ is the highest peak of the Carpathian mountain range in Europe. Being significant in name as well as in nature, we took this discovery as the final catalyst for formalising The Gerlach Group and what we’re about. It seems right that the name of this highest mountain matches our name and links very closely with our passion for creating High Performing Cultures.
